Can anybody ID this SS man, and NSKK man?

Both of these guys are wearing WW 1 Tank Badges, so that ought to make them easier to ID I would hope. Any ideas?

Looks like the Brown shirt could be Rohm.( before the night of the long knives of course)

No; it's definitely not Röhm. (Wrong face, build, organization, rank and decorations.)
It would be interesting to find out who these two men were, indeed. Only roughly 100 of the WW1 tank badges were awarded.
