Wow, the Dornier image is a really well done job. You took into account the shadows, and nailed the tree colors. Great job on a detailed photo. I have some to post as well, just have to do the post-edits. Hope u keep posting.
Here is a switch for me. I watched an excellent BBC series "Crimson Fields" about a WW1 British field hospital. So I figured I would do a colorization of Principal Matron Mildred Bond. These Nurses, Red Cross aids, Sisters, and Matrons did an invaluable service that I think is sometimes overlooked. They were often the last faces that mortally wounded soldiers saw, and it takes a special kind of person to hang in there through that.
So.....Mildred Bond....1919 in France. She Is well decorated
I have to wonder how many nurses ended up as alcoholics or went mad after being subjected to the battlefield horrors day after day as they were.
