Do you think this is Rommel?

It sure looks like Rommel to me - except for one thing. He is not wearing General's collar tabs. I guess it could be an older foto - before he was made a General. What do YOU think? Thanks

I have lots of Rommel images, but I am just not sure. Something looks different to me. I have seen other Officers purported to be Rommel that clearly weren't him, including a guy in a Luftwaffe cap! Anybody else have an opinion?

Not Rommel. Completely different profile and the shape of the ears is wrong, they are a good reference for identifying individuals as the basic shape remains the pretty much the same throughout life.

I don't know who he is, but he is being sold on ebay as Rommel. Thanks to all that confirmed what I was thinking, myself!
