and I come across these interesting photo and letter lots.

Good luck on your bidding Patrick, eBay can be a great place to buy photos but bear in mind it can also be a great place to buy reprints. If you see any photos you want to purchase, perhaps you could run the seller by the guys here to see if they know anything about them.

thank you but i did not win them . but i guess its good i posted them as now everyone can enjoy them
but i did manage to get this for a steal price 99p .
ebay is great for pictures.

Thanks for sharing. Adrian is absolutely correct. You need to be VERY careful on Ebay. A good tip is to find a trustworthy group of sellers and try to stick with only buying from them for a while until you can spot a fake before buying it. Another thing I did when I started collecting photos, was to search out the fakes, and actually buy one of each for no more than a $1 ea. This way you can study them hands-on and find the little details which you can learn to look out for. If you need any help, please feel free to ask us. PM sent w/ some sellers to stay away from.
