Looks like he's wearing the Narvik shield!....
A very nice photograph.
Paul is right; it's definitely the Narvik Shield [Narvikschild].
Since the eagle is so much darker than the wreath, it is safe to assume that his aviation badge is the Pilots' Badge [Flugzeugführerabzeichen], not the Combined Pilot/Observer Badge [Gemeinsames Flugzeugführer- und Beobachterabzeichen / Luftwaffendoppelabzeichen].
His flight clasp is the one for bomber- and dive bomber units [Frontflug-Spange für Kampf- und Sturzkampfverbände].
He has also got the EK II and EK I.
Rank appears to be Major. (There seems to be one rank "gull" in the wreath on his collar patches, but I can't make it out with certainty. Otherwise, he could be an Oberstleutnant or Oberst.)
KG-26 perhaps? I used to have a Wehrpass to a pilot in III/KG-26 during that time who was also awarded the Narvikschild.
agree with all.
