Hitlers brother! :P No the Tash became a fashion item after Hitler came into power. Hundreds of Germans decided to follow the trend. He could be a RAD officer or Party big shot.

Alan is correct. Definately an RAD officer. good eye finding the Tash stach too. Most RAD officers ive seen just wore this style mutze tho>>> pic attatched

On the subject of RAD men. Does anybody have a photograph of a RAD mann or officer with the RAD ribbon bar miniature? These are an exceptionally rare WWII device for the ribbon bar, which would make a surviving photograph one of the rarest items to obtain.
