Nice photobook of "Kriegserinnerungen" do you have there.

I have nearly the same from my grandfather. Only differences are that it says "Erinnerungen", the steel helmet features the svastika under it and it is dark blue in colour.

where did your grandfather serve, in Norway?

No, as far as I know he served in france, russia and some other countries as well.

He's been a cook for the Kw. Tr. Rgt. 616.

Can you give me an example of what you think is not allowed or appropriate for the forum? Is it some of the photos that you feel/think is inappropriate for the forum?

There are some fotos of jewish people and other civilians. Most of them are presented to the photographer like animals in the zoo. And I have two pictures of a burned out car with a dead man in it.
