This large mounted studio photo was used as the card backing in a package I was sent recently. Is it worth keeping or is it okay for the office shredding machine...I don't collect this type of photo. There is a name handwritten on the mounting board but I cannot read the handwriting.
I collect, therefore I am.

I took another look and it seems to be 3./AA 126 meaning that it should be Aufklärungs-Abteilung 126 of the 126 inf. division and the last number of the year is 2, meaning its 1942, so the picture is taken on the Wolchov front: Divisionseinheiten der 126
Its a photo of a polizei officer, pretty valuable IMO
