By a strange twist, I was watching this video of Hitler's declaration of war on the US, and came across video footage right before my photo pickup above was taken. At 10:29, Hitler is walking with the same group in tow as in my photo. Still don't know where this is, but it's really interesting to find a video of the moment the photo was taken.by avenger

"Bei Wassilki" = "near Wassilki".
Thanks, found it. Its a village near Mogilev. Makes sense as I estimate it to be 1943.
