Thought shall be the harder , heart the keener,
Courage the greater as our strength faileth.
Here lies our leader ,in the dust of his greatness.
Who leaves him now , be damned forever.
We who are old now shall not leave this Battle,
But lie at his feet , in the dust with our leader
House Carles at the Battle of Hastings
I know it Paul, I am in the process of trying to clean up the image to get a clear veiw of the boards....but from what I can see, they really look like "GD" cyphers. PanzerGrenadier Division GD men? They did have Assault battalion, Pzjager, and Pz-Arty battalions....
They certainly are not numbers, so my first guess was some type of Schule, but I dont think so now. Further research is definitely pending! haha
this is the best I can post right now....but it shows that they are not numbers at least
Yes i thought they looked more like Cyphers than numbers , would have thought if it they were all GD we would be able to see some cuff titles somewhere , it could be a Schule as they are all well decorated !!
