Kind of looks like it says "beim Sonntags ausmarsch" --- could it refer to some kind of parade like activity held on a Sunday (?)

Googling the inscription on the factory wall behind them it would seem this photo was taken in Steyrermühl --- which, according to Wikipedia, is a settlement in Upper Austria, Austria in the area of Laakirchen
The side caps also have soutachse (white) so that should also help to date this photo. (As well as the earlier uniforms)
