The 2nd photo says:

Roughly... I'm guessing this refers to the three men pictured doing some kind of show on Christmas Eve while in France, 1940.

The first one seems to basically be a "Greetings from" inscription noting referring to where he's stationed/where the picture is taken --- can't really make out the signature or name of the place though...

The top one reads "Heartfelt Greetings from the East", the other one reads "In memory of the main play-actors of Christmas Eve-Fritz, Hansl, and Pepi...France 24 Dec.1940..."
