I agree with sSterbebilde, I think the sam brown belt and the boy's age(he seems juuust a little too young to be in the Army to me) point to him being in a group like the Pfadfinder or Christian Youth organization, IMHO.

Good call on the pebbled buttons and the Sam brown belt, obvius, yet I def overlooked them! haha. I think you are on the right track here sSterbebild!
Doomtown I agree, thats why I said I thought he might be in a Youth Organization, he just looks too young to be Army or similar to me too. Nice work guys
