    RAD is much overlooked i think. I find RAD very interesting indeed. In 3 months time i should have permission to go and excavate(dig) in northern Germany, Cismar where RAD dug out a net of ring channels (Ringkanals) in 1935-36. I look very much forward to that It's very difficult to find any details about the work, even in local archives. RAD should have had camps in Grube, Grömitz and Lensahn. Can anyone help with info? The should be some in Lexicon der Wehrmacht but it seems to be gone? We will dig on the actual sites around the canals.

    Nice set of photos. I like these so much better than portraits. These tell a story.
