(Although...the guy driving doesn't look any more cheerful either!)

Looks a bit like a 1939 BMW 326 cabriolet - just the sort of flashy car for the occupation of the low countries

I said "a bit" Stewy, the beauty line and door bottom are different but generally the car would look like this ( it could have beena French jobbie also )
