I can't offer any data on the man, but here's what I can find on field post number 31495 (the "A" identified the sub-unit within the unit assigned the respective FPN):

Edit/postscript: Rik beat me to the answer while I was still fiddling with my post. The name is Wolfgang Viehöver. For what it's worth, he is not listed in the online database of the Volksbund Deutsche Kriegsgräberfürsorge [German War Graves Commission].
