The first photo is interesting as it shows a Panzerkampfwagen IV Ausf. A of which only 35 units were built. Some of these saw action in Poland in 1940.
The second pic is a Panzerkampfwagen III, i'm thinking a G or H as there is what appears to be a command aerial on the left rear behind the turret, but i'm not certain of the exact model from this angle.

Here's a pic showing the unique 'dustbin' like cupola on an Ausf.A under test.

That Pz.IV ausf A, command tank, pic is great! Quite possibly from the 1st panzer Division, who used them in Poland

I think first picture as a Panzer IVD , earlier models do not have the support under the barrel L/24.
the second I think a panzer III J or L model , a few of model J have a L/60 barrel nd others the L/42.
