Who is this RK träger?

It definitely looks to be an Ostvolk medal, and only the 1st Class was worn as a pin badge, but the central design looks more like the 2nd Class rather than the 1st Class. Perhaps, being hand imposed and drawn onto the photo, the artist had no example before him, so they used a 2nd Class to get an idea of it and mounted it as a pin, so it would look proper?

The medal on the right breast is not a DK. The shape is incorrect. A DK is far more solid as this appears to have narrow arms protruding from the center. It is likely a foreign award.

Clearly it's misshapen, but it could have been drawn/painted by someone who hadn't seen one, perhaps in some foreign location. At any rate, it certainly looks like part of a swastika in the center.

Oh, but they did. Look up Erich Dienenthal, for example. It isn't Him, but he won both medals...

You are right indeed, I found some information that it never happened but it did... Perhaps if we find his name we know if it's a Ostvolk medal or another foreign medal.
