    Yes a nice original , taken or signed in Cologne on 25/8/1942 , unfortunately i cannot read the remainder of the message !!
    The gates of hell were opened and we accepted the invitation to enter" 26/880 Lance Sgt, Edward Dyke. 26th Bn Northumberland Fusiliers , ( 3rd Tyneside Irish )

    Looking for LDO marked EK2s and items relating to U-406.....

    And yup, Zwerge is correct on the Paper Company. A very common manufacturer of Postcard style photo paper of the time
