Yes a nice original , taken or signed in Cologne on 25/8/1942 , unfortunately i cannot read the remainder of the message !!

"Meiner lb. [= lieben] Base Anneliese
gewidmet von ihrem Vetter
Günter.
Köln, den 25. VIII. 42"

...i.e.:

"To my dear cousin Anneliese
dedicated by her cousin
Günter.
Cologne, 25 Aug. 42."

And yup, Zwerge is correct on the Paper Company. A very common manufacturer of Postcard style photo paper of the time
