Thought shall be the harder , heart the keener,
Courage the greater as our strength faileth.
Here lies our leader ,in the dust of his greatness.
Who leaves him now , be damned forever.
We who are old now shall not leave this Battle,
But lie at his feet , in the dust with our leader

Cheers Steve, by the way the helmet and bits and pieces we found are probably from 9 DLI.

Congratulations and thank you for sharing your pictures with us

Top finds again Steve!
Well done but just remember, on the day you go for your last dig out there, it'll be the day when you need a week or so to dig out something big .
Honestly though, I hope that's not the case for you. You've done stirling work out there and helped to bring the hidden history back for all of us.
All the best bud.
Martyn.
