Aircraft part to ID:help please......

Article about: that can be the airplane because the maker of the plate makes the pomps for all US aircraft from ww2 so.

    The frog's calling for help again..
    A friend of mine digged up this a couple of years ago,and still ignore what it is ,and from where it comes ..But,apparently,it's from a plane...
    Can you help us,Obi-wan Kenobi?
    Model number is:P (or I...) F 471325 BCE
    Serial X 9749

    Hi Frenchy, I'm guessing the data plate is off a pump or something like fuel injection because it shows dispacement ( Cubic inches ), speed it runs at ( revs ) and pressure it produces ( PSI - pounds pe square inch )......from a US aircraft for sure.

    No way to tie it down to an actual model I'm afraid - just a nice data plate and that's about it.

    and im now sure from what part this tag is now its from a hydraulic pump from a aircraft here a picture from a a hydraulic pomp Aircraft part to ID:help please......

    How stupid i am.....
    I didn't asked my friend where he found the plate....

    So with the name of the place,i had clues to keep on searching for the plane ...And after some days:got it!
    This is the only crash that happens there during the WW2.....
    I spent some time more on the net and then,found the extracts of the MACR..and finally the pic of the nose art..

    It could be good ,don't you think?
