Whoaah my first battlefield report on WR.
I've been to the Ardennes beginning of this year. It was a cold day, but the area was beautiful.

Welcome aboard mate , awesome finds , great to see some pics if you have them cheers raymond
Thnx for the good comments.
Side information:
The defense line you see in the first 8 pics belong to the 18. Volksgrenadier-Division. Their opponent was the US 87th Infantery Division.
@ Ironcross, I got more pics of the area around the battlefield (westwall etc.). I will post them friday.
Nice finds I am jealous !
6 weeks ago I was in the tree line looking down towards Lanzareth not far from where your were. A famous fight took place there between an I & R platoon and virtually the WHOLE German army ! The foxholes were still clearly visible and i was extremely pleased to find a single 50cal case and 13 30 cal casings in one foxhole. Such a very important place as this one Platoon held up the German advance for alomost 12 hours with just 12 men !!
Keep up the relic hunting !
Surely a great find!
