    Glad to see you and your team working so hard to recover the fallen, WELL DONE!

    Undoubtedly, someone will be on te thread asking the same (and I shall put this politely), "SILLY" question about the remains. If only they could read eh? and not just look at the pictures.

    Ahem...

    Don't let's bring politics in. No matter what nationality, they are the fallen and deserve a burrial. Not all troops truly believed in their governments policies but bullets aren't choosy.

    Kram, that's the first picture of a burrial I've seen here other than memorials (which I am also glad to see), and I for one am glad to see evidence that it IS happening with the remains.

    I think hes talking about the object sitting on the piece of tank track , if im not wrong its a canister projectile that was fired into enemy lines full of propagana leaflets , cheers Raymond

    As for the propaganda projectile, I'd have never known. I honestly thought it was an oil filter (am I thick or what ).

    Hi ya Martyn , hey mate im not 100% sure im right , i think its what i said , iv only ever seen one and it looked like that , there are a few out there that will be able to confirm it .
    No mate your not thick , its all part of learning , thats what these forums are here for to discuss and learn , so keep posting youll learn heaps here , cheers Raymond
