I have enjoyed this site for years and will continue to look out for the photos of your finds. Being such a long way away, I would find holding equiptment which belonged to soldiers on battlegrounds quite emotional.
Please keep up the good work gentlemen, especially the diggers.

Amazing the lack of rust and oxidation on that barrel,, must be of a very high quality steel or in an environment that didn't promote rust. The crockery is also amazing, I saw some made by one of those companies at a show I went to yesterday,, and it wasnt cheap! some good money there if you sold it.

personally i think it's insane that the remains of that Train hasn't be dragged away for scrap.
