Nice site. Easy overview, font makes for easy reading, good quality pics. As Im also a fan of well made dioramas, that was a nice addition. No knee-jerk reflex PC caveat stating that its a site born out of purely historical interest and not political at all.

All in all easy on the eyes

I reqognized the Swedish bayo and agree with you on the plastic handled spades and shovels versus the wooden handled ones. Hard packed clay will defeat even the most stubborn ones wooden handled digging tools.

    Hello Inka,

I enjoyed your new site. The photography of the relics is excellent and they make the beginnings of a fine personal museum. You are superb and imaginative model-maker too - liked them all. Was 'first encounter: birth of an enthusiast' about you?!

    Regards, Philip
