Our biggest problem right now is ~ Grass !!!
we have a grass which grows veraciously this time of year ~ called "Spear grass" and it produces a small straight seed with an arrow like head and a slight rear screw which on contact literally screws into fabric and even light leather ~
It is totally irritating ~ and abrasive ~ and so severe it deters us from entering areas that show potential ~

But hey no one said this past time was going to be a cruise in the park eh !!
But again well done on your part mate ~
Inka
Superb countryside.. ( I was just explaining to Merete my partner about the Mozzies ~ but she should know any way as she is a former Dane herself.)
Great photos as always ~ Looks like a lot of potential finds there too ~

Great finds, always a joy to see what you dig up!
I love those flares, even a few in nearly perfect condition!
Fantastic stuff... What the %$&^ are you going to DO with ALL those flares, Inka?
Impressive ~ Might make for one Hell of a Bonfire night ! LOL
As ALWAYS nice photos ~ What sort of camera do you use ?
(I have to buy a new one today as my Panasonic DMZ died yesterday ~ so hopefully my photos will improve dramatically even though the DMZ was only 6 years old ~ )
Thanks.hehe, most of the flares is left behind , but I brought home the best looking ones for deactivation and maybe I ll sell thembut yeas, making a bonfire With them sounds fun
Im using a simple Nikon Coolpix P80

LOL
That's Great Inka ~ re the camera~ I just purchased a replacement and my new camera is a new model Nikon Coolpix S6800
Yours is the SLR type ~my the compact ~ first compact I have bought ! Same price range so image the features are pretty well the same ~
As for Bonfires ~ DO NOT be like my MD partners son ~ Who BTW way is a police officer~ He poured a fuel mix onto a timber litter fire and 'blew' himself up .. still recovering , back on duty but light duties only ~ Bet he gets ribbed by his colleagues being a policeman !
So take care Okay ~ would not want to miss any of your hunts ~
