Inka, Thank you for sharing your latest expedition. The state of preservation is incredible - presumably this bunker complex is very remote? Most WW2 fortifications that I've ever been into in England have been full of stinking rubbish, or worse!

It is somewhat remote , but the landowner has spent time cleaning up rubbel and crap in the fortification, thats why it look so tidy

Nice to see property owners take the time and dedication to the preservation of history ~

In contrast ~this is unlike the developers of the WWII "Camp Cable" site in Brisbane Australia where developers have endeavoured to simply shut out any relic hunters and threatened them with Prosecution for tresspas

Last evening it knocked on the door , and when I peeked outside I noticed alot of stuff in the air, my first thought was "how bizarre there is a billion insects flying through the air!!" then I realized it was snowing! :/ There is a fine layer on the ground now but luckily the weather report say it will melt and we ll have a week or two with milder weather , so Im hoping I ll have a chance to make a few trips out with the detector some of the next days
I ve spent the morning sorting through some older pics and put up a trip report to a museum outside Narva I made a few ywars ago I ve also chucked some stuff in oxalic acid and some stuff in the electrolysis bath
