I have been wondering how all this stuff managed to stay lost back then. I mean.....were the russians just on the move to fast,to police up all the weapons,motars,shells and ammo? or was it because some of it was stashed away? or did the snow come,and cover up some of it, and then it was just forgotten?
did they come back and bulldoze these battle fields,just to clean up the mess?
