BSA Motorcycle cilynder.
MAybe somebody know exactly from what type of BSA it is?
Piston diameter is 85-86mm
probably it could be 600 ccm, BSA form 30's years.
But what type of M model
thanks
p.s. in Latvia noone have interest on British motocycles
Nice looking Ostvolk medaille. Sticking my neck out under the guillotines blade I would guess the cylinder might be from an BSA M20, but only because I can't think of another model that was used by the military. The proper bike experts will pull up alongside shortly...

As a former BSA owner, those engine parts spark an interest. Not an M20 but I think a M33-10 600cc side valve single, in the "sloper" frame and made 1933-36.
Nice finds.
