German relic identification please

I found the big piece last year in a german position. A few days ago i found a small piece identical with the one i found last year. The location was different. Does anyone know what is it? If somebody can help me I appreciate.

I have studied many pictures on internet but I don't think that this could be a part from a german bicycle. Thank you for your opinion.
