First class digging when you were there, some hard work was carried out by all concerned. The photos are spot on, and the finds incredible for the area. Some of the best finds I have seen so far, well done to all involved.

Nordland dogtag after cleaning. I think it's an early mode since it was a batalion and it was in Viking division.

Formed 26.8.39 in Iserlohn with 1. - 5. Batterien.
Moved to Rendsburg in 5.40.
1941/42 converted to Flakscheinwerfer-Ersatz-Abteilung 24.
In 6.42 divided into:
- Flakscheinwerfer-Ersatz-Abteilung 24 in Rendsburg
- Flakscheinwerfer-Ausbildungs-Abteilung 24 in Rendsburg (soon renamed Flakscheinwerfer-Abteilung 681)
Service:
- 8.39 - 4.40 in Iserlohn under Luftgau-Kommando VI
- 4.40 - 5.40 took part in invasion of Denmark (stationed in Aalborg)
- 5.40 - 9.40 in Rendsburg under Luftgau-Kommando XI
- 9.40 - 8.41 in Rendsburg under Kommandeur der Flakersatzabteilungen beim Luftgau XI
- 8.41 - 5.45 in Rendsburg under Stab/Flak-Ersatz-Regiment 5

Made in Dimas. He also cleaned up his own Danmark dogtags, but they became worse than were before.
The FLAK Soldat could have been from Heeres-Flak-Abteilung 292 which was part of Armeegruppe Narwa , then transferred like so many of the Luftwaffe Feld Division guys to Nordland / Danmark when the casualties began to bite and replacements were needed in the Infanterie Kompanies.

May be that Flak guy was from 300th Special Purpose Division that was mostly completed with the soldiers from past 10 Airfield division???
