Can anyone identify the track links and wheels?
Back to the British wheel, datrus ; I don't want to offer up a misleading suggestion, but looking through my books it looks very similar to the 'Horstmann' type suspension wheel used on the Vickers Light Tanks ( eg the MkVI ). These were very obsolete by the time of WWII - I don't even know if they were supplied to Russia under Lend-Lease.....?
( Later : No - it must be a wheel from a Universal Carrier. The wheel you have is definitely a Carden-Lloyd type and the Carriers were the only Carden-Lloyd equipped vehicles supplied to the Soviets under Lend-lease )

Thanks a lot for your help Martin. You are right about the Carden-Lloyd type wheels. No doubt. I still think the 'fork" on the my wheel looks a bit different. Maybe an earlier/later type. I don't have time to look into it before Sunday though. It is a funny looking little vehicle the uni carrier.
