Wow thanks for the ID on the UV lamp, I guessed it was some sort of lamp cover because of the company name Sylvania but to be from a cockpit is good news.

The solid round piece looks like a block off plate in the accessory section of the engine. The plane looks like a Yak or Chinese CJ-6.

Thanks for the ID on the circular plate, I hadn't thought of that I'd guessed it was from the air skin being a light weight alloy so thanks for that. Also on your ID of the aircraft, its rattling old engine was making a good old noise.

If the plate is real light it may be Magnesium instead of Aluminium. They are usually on the back side of radial engine cases. Most of the pulley brackets for the heating system in the B-17 were magnesium.
