Metal detecting in eastern Carpathian mountains

Article about: Wonderful finds. Try to detect close to the water, or if possible in the water. They usually throw alot of equipment in ponds. But be careful, they also throw explosives in, that are unstabl

Thanks for your nice thoughts. In the 6th and 7th picture are: "colar shields for racial German (Volksdeutsch) units of the Slovakian army'' - quoted from Foreign legions of the Third Reich, vol 3, Slovak buttons and a Slovak cap badge.
Dog tags are Slovak but such dog tags were used by Austro-Hungarian army in ww1.
The parts from the plane are German, but I don't know what type the plane is.

Very interesting, I never knew that the "Volksdeutsche" wore any kind of special insignia! These must be pretty rare, or? Either way, great finds! Looks like a beautiful place with those mountain ranges and all as well.
