Well done mate this looks very promising, with all that pottery it looks like the airfield domestic tip site but there'll be loads of interesting finds in there usually with a good smattering of aircraft relic's. I think you've hit the jackpot with this. I cant wait to see what else you'll find.

I found a lot of bottles in this dump along with a few bottle stoppers. Imagine my suprise when i cleaned them!
Very nice vulcanite stoppers these usually dated from the 1920's through to the 1940's, but the swastika sign was regarded as a lucky charm well before the Nazis got hold of it. I'm sure as soon as war was declared the St Austell Brewery dropped it as their trade mark .
