    I wouldn't use electrolysis for this helmet. The helmet has places where the metall is very thin. Electrolysis will create holes in your helmet because electrolysis is quite "strong". I would use wd-40 (lubricant) to keep the rust from eating your helmet and keeping some of the damaged metall in place.

    All the items ,were found in Normandy,mostly around Sainte mere eglise.
