That's a very interesting video.
Theres got to be stuff like that buried all over the place. My father tells me that during the war, he & his brothers use to steal weapons from the Germans & stash them in a dried well on their farm in Hungary. Perhaps a trip to Hungary would be in line??

I would say that was not professionally done job, very rough and dangerous, at least looks like a black diggers job, than a professional sapper's job.

More details from official website: On 6th of December during works around new build dog's kennels some rusting bars were excavated...Grenades were found right on the bottom...In total 182 weapons and 60 grenades...The weapons are not hazardous any more...The council is interested, it can be hand down to a local museum...
