    Hi!

Im always searching for relic hunting videos and so on and ofcourse every single weapon is rusty ,only the metal left due to age in the earth.
Little better preserved if they are found in water strangely.

    BUT!

Does anyone knows if someone has found any weapons in a box/metal box or something in the dirt that is almost fine maybe only a little bit rusty but still well preserved?
maybe weapons wich has gathered dust in an old mans barn for 70 years? im sure there are hundreds of old barns out there with weapons still inside...

So if you have anything intresting please respond and give me som nice pictures of the findings

Have a look round the 'attic and barn finds' forum. Lots in there. One that was just recently posted was this one.....

SMLE found by an author researching the fighting and retreat to Dunkirk

Theres also a RFD on the same forum who has a SMLE found in the rafters of a house that he shoots, and I think the same guy found a preserved SMLE in one of the somme trenches and he still fires that too.
