Yeah, I sure wish I could understand what they are saying, maybe it would help me with my research... anyway, hope to post something new soon, all the best.

Very interesting to see the remains in situ. Well done as far as excavation. Piling the bones together is a bit gamey. Wonder if they were collected up for reburial.

In some videos you can see crosses in the places where they dig and also some monuments for the fallen and sometimes they bury the remains themselves. I think that they are professionals because they know how to handle the unexploded shells and mines when disarming them, so they probably rebury the remains properly also...

These guys look like proffessional excavators so i have no doubt the bodies will have been reburied after a proper military funeral ceremony.

I like that picture and condition
Hello, These are the pictures I like to, and caught my attention, in fact the entire website and all the pics are fantastic. I am happy these soldiers received a proper burial finally.

I have never seen the type of Waffenampt on these three M39 Egg grenades shown in picture.

Has anyone seen these type/style of WaA marks. Eagle looks funny, and numbers too. Rare type?? My Egg with markings looks nothing like it. compare. This marking must be scarce.

    Regards, Steve

Looks like it might be posed, ala Gardner photo of sniper at Devil's Den, Gettysburg battlefield, U.S. Civil War.

I agree Paul. More like Idiots. Very disrespectful, and even more so for humor.
