    Looks like it might be interesting. Threemilestone is not far from where I grew up (from about age 9 - 18, so my formative years - and when i started collecting militaria), so i know that part of the world well

    I will endevour to keep you informed of any finds.
    I found these items in a field at a well known embarkation point.I have to say i was a little disapointed with the lack of finds and the addition of rubble to the site.Tomorrow i shall be viewing a field used during the D-day build up,so fingers crossed

    I managed a brief trip out today,just half an hour before dark so i wasnt expecting to find much.Very happy with these metal tent pegs though ,shows im in the right area

    Another trip out today,only an hour,but more tent pegs! Also a stake for the guide ropes,and this metal handle?
