    I found one time before last, the DH museum came up with (probably) bombing camera port cover!
    Mine's not in such good a condition as yours, that looks great!

    So, another part number for the database: S 98 1045 6J; Cover, Camera Port, Bombing....probably!

    Lots of these but no markings on them


    They are Dzus springs, used on engine access panels and the likes. The larger hole would have contained a Dzus fastner which would lock into position with a quarter of a turn. Used on many aircraft types. Cheers Gary
