Default Russian website with many photos.

Hi Guys, not sure if this site has been posted before, but it is well worth a look. It is in Russian but the pictures speak for themselves. Have a look at each of the galleries for each years digging season.

Here is a typical photo I have taken from the site. Red Army soldier recovered still wearing his helemt and boots with his PPSh41. This one is from the 2006 gallery.

Please note the reburial photos posted on the site showing the military funerals given to those recovered and the ID's discovered.

    Cheers, Ade.

Great site, and from one of the pics a Dranfeld made belt buckle, note the very distinct eagle beak typical of Dransfeld

Great dig site Ade, some of the items are preserved very well for being buried for around 70yrs or so, good to see these fallen soldiers having a decent burial too.
