Love those lids

Unfortunately a lot of those lids used to be sold with skulls. When the Australian peacekeepers first went in their in the early 90's, there were road side stalls selling a helmet and skul for 50 dollars, more if the skull had a bullet wound, a complete skeleton and helmet went for 500. There was a big market for that kind of stuff then. Thankfully it has now stopped
