This tank needs to be left as is.

Once, and if, restored it will look like an regular unissued weapon, entirely losing its' relic value. it's better if they left it the way it was found. Just my two cents ...

Amazing - anyone know the state of the tank today?

Interesting to see that the T-34 in the original post shows the middle three road wheels being all steel reflecting the move away from rubber-tyred wheels to conserve rubber. Most factories at this time retained rubber tyres on the first and last wheels.
The last T-34 post has all steel wheels and, due to its location, is almost certainly from the No.183 Factory in Stalingrad.

Yes, it was released in Stalingrad tanks with all steel reflecting rollers.
