Is it a rifle CZ 24 from Museum of Slovak National Uprising in Banska Bystrica?

The second picture shows a german helmet from WW1, likely a M17 stahlhelm or M16.Why is it there?Was this wood a battle site on ww1?
Such amazing findings! I would like to go to such places on the Eastern Front once. On this side of Germany you are very lucky to find at least one helmet. The Mauser in the tree is a dream find. A bit cleaning and it could fire again. Thanks for posting this!
WWI helmets were still issued during WWII because of shortages.
Also that kind of helmets used by Finnish army, and all the three Baltic republic, which meet the war with Red Army territorial corps
