Hi Cricketchris1944 and other colleagues !
I love recent battlefield's tours , relics and it's reflections . If possible would really like to read and see more threads like this one . Thanks for showing it .
I did dig a little being young boy back then in Europe , but never very successfully . Having some relics in my collection, but almost all of them from the purchases .
    Best regards
ps. I'm only little concern about last picture from the first post - seeing a small glass bottle with Russian Imperial eagle and bayonet looking like Austro-Hungarian M95 Mannlicher ... Do I see it right ? Is that possible ( why not ) for these items to be found in Western Front battlefield ?

    The bayonet is US.
The bottle is not Russian but Austrian.
Mannlicher rifle are found very often in the Western front ( I found one)
The bottle is now in the Romagne museum .Was not something I wanted.(trade)
