Wow, I guess it has some history to it Normandie!
I like it, even when the blade isn't the best condision
Thank you =)
It's genuine/real?
Sadly to me it looks like a part's dagger the crossguard are a very poor fit indeed, it has been badly altered, the eagle in the grip is not the origional, the grip ha been butchered and the scabbard has been repainted with what looks like modern day gloss paint sorry to be the one to say but i hope you did't pay much for it,
regards Ronnie
I think it looks good, so I'll keep it, I paid 500$
Yeah, I think it might be a parts dagger atleast the eagle, but I don't think it has been painted..
Normandie with all due respect i think you have paid well over for this dagger, sorry to be so blunt but if you go to lakeside trader you will see what a good SA looks like and how much you can pay for a decent dagger, also there are some tips on what to look for on buying an unmessed with dagger, if you try and sell this dagger today i am confident you would not get anywhere near 5oo dollars for it, please take alook on lakeside trader and you will see what i mean sorry to sound ignorant but i dont like seeing other collectors paying good hard earned cash for a put togeather dagger, i know it's your money but this is some free advice
best regards Ronnie
