The hanger may or may not belong to it. It is a variant I have not seen before and anything is possible with late period production.
Hangers are not all that important and are added onto daggers daily by dealers and collectors alike.
I have added hangers to a few of my own..just to dress them up. Nothing wrong with it as long as you tell the next person it was added on.
The dagger is typical late period showing the commonly seen plate lifting on the crossguards.
Plier marks on the tang nut shows the dagger has been opened of course by the present owner as seen in the photos and hopefully did not use pliers to open it
Slightly detracts the value and shows the next person its been opened for what ever reason.
This dagger appears consistent with late period production.
