hbhansen, M7/94 may be Gebruder Bell, Solingen-Grafarth... Larry C. and the fellas will probably be around to answer authenticity / condition questions.... Good luck...Gwar

Hi Hansen ...my advice ..is to seek a better example..this dagger and scabbard ( Both) has been opened at some point. Touch up paint on the scabbard...poor throat fit..early scabbard fittings late questionable blade. The grip wood appears to be early...and a poor attempt of staining it , left light blotchy traces. Crossguard fittings are the late plated type. This dagger seems to have been laying in a puddle of water..or under an air-conditioning unit.

Any type of restoration would exceed its true value..if it were near mint. Not worth the Investment IMO..but would be worthy of an internally study only..as I would pay $50 for it.

better examples are to be had

Agreed with Larry, seek a better one.
The logo is correct for M7/94 Gebrüder Bell, Solingen-Grafarth
Its a thin logo with the . after the M.
Havent seen it without a year tho, but looking at its early grip and heavily nickel plated scabbard fittings it most be an early RZM one.
Its a mix of early and late parts and unfortunate in an aweful state.

Dont waist your cash on this one.

    Ger

    Thank you guys
I am not looking to buy. I am going to sell for a friend of mine, but before selling I just need to know that everything is authentic.

Mixed parts but appear to be authentic... guards are too corroded to differentiate if they are cast fakes or not. Upper scabbard fitting screws not too sure of

Seems to be authentic, but beyond saving. The condition, in my opinion, reduces it to near worthless.
