Looks like an honest late war NSKK dagger made by waffenfabrik Max Weyersberg. The one one thing I am having trouble with is that the cross guards look like they are not plated, which I believe would be characteristic of late war daggers. I also believe that the leather hanger in on backwards. But regardless, it is best to wait for some more experienced opinions.

Hi Jezo...Welcome to the forum and a nice dagger thanks for sharing. Looks fine and the crossguards are ok also...as sometimes late daggers are seen with early parts. Looks also to be an early grip. The scabbard is on backwards though,,which needs to be turned around. The tang nut might be on a wee bit too tight as the crack in the upper part of the grip is present. Nice example...where did you get it? Regards Larry

Larry, thank you for correcting me on the cross guards. What exactly is considered a parts dagger? Where does having early parts on a later dagger become a parts dagger versus just a dagger with early parts?

A 'Parts dagger' is made up of other dagger parts post-war.
A mish-mash of different pieces - one that wouldn't have
    left the manufacturer that way.

During the Third Reich, companies/makers would simply
continue to use their existing stock, which is why
sometimes, early parts can found on later
    or transitional daggers.........
